We are currently looking for staff to join our team of home grooms at our own private, Olympic-level dressage stables located in Antwerp, Belgium. We currently have 14 horses on the property where most of them are international 5* Grand Prix horses of ours which will be qualifying for the WEG 2026 with us. This is the reason why we are desperately in need of a top team of grooms to help us take care of our horses with such an important year coming up!
We operate on a 5.5 days working week. And we usually start at 7:30am until 17:30pm with a 1-1.5 hour lunch break every day and with some help needed at night check on some days. There is a shared and private accommodation on the property, depending on availability. The tasks involved are the normal stable duties (including feeding, mucking out, turning horses out, grooming and preparing horses). The grooms will be working with a very professional, young and motivated team. On top of that, we work very closely with some of the best trainers, riders, vets, physiotherapists, farriers and clients in the world.
We would always require a 1-2 months paid trial period to see if there is a match. If the groom passes the trial period, then the salary can be discussed for a full-time job position. For the trial period, we usually start at a base rate of ****** € per month depending on experience.
