Hi!
I'm looking for a groom who would like to develop a relationship with a horse from the ground.
I can be flexible with the days, but Mondays and Fridays would be a good start.
My mare Babi (Babylone) is from the southwest of France. She is 14 years old and has French Trotter origins.
She has been treated for hip and back pain over the winter. She is now in really good shape, and I would need some help to maintain her condition.
I am currently pregnant, and this is also why I am seeking help. I am, of course, willing to keep having a caretaker after my pregnancy. :)
Here is a list of things I would ask you to do:
-preparing supplements
-basic grooming / checking for any injury
-activities from the ground if you feel like it (going for a walk, ground work in the arena)
-massage and stretching (I would show you)
-giving supplements
-filling up one wheelbarrow of manure in the pasture and emptying it into a container
I am not asking for any money, just some help to pick up manure every time you visit.
The stable is in Tullinge, you would need a car to access the stable.
I accept minors if they come along with an adult for the duration of every visit.
