Zilan S is an extremely handsome, ultra-modern, and athletic 5-year-old gelding who impresses with his outstanding character, excellent rideability, and good attitude. He has three excellent basic gaits, with his canter being particularly outstanding.
Zilan S is currently successful in show jumping up to 1.00 m, at home he jumps currently up to 1.10 m.
The sire Zinedream is an international 5* Grand Prix winner who shines brightly in top international sport under David Will, European Vice Team Champion. 2024 they thrilled everyone with an exceptional start into the new season. At CSIO5* of Abu Dhabi/UAE Zinedream and David won the 5*Grand Prix (1.60 m) with a total prize money of 308.600 €. With a very fast and precise round, they managed to lead with almost 1.5 seconds on world’s number one Henrik von Eckermann and King Edward. Top results such as the win of Wolrd Cup qualifier of Riyadh, silver medal of Sharjah/UAE Nations Cup with the German equipe, victory in GP of Ising, 5th place in 4* Grand Prix (1.55 m) of Münster, 6th place in 4*Grand Prix (1.55 m) of Al Ain (UAE) as well as many other international placings let Zinedream shine as a world class athlet.
The dam of Zilan S, the premium mare Luna Llena is a daughter of the Holsteiner Landprinz I, the winner of the stallion performance test in Munich-Riem. The granddam Antonia was successful in show jumping up to 1.30 m and her half-sister Laura up to 1.40 m. The Oldenburg stallion Azarro placed 8th under Holger Wulschner at the German Championships in 1995. He also won several advanced (S) level show jumping competitions and was successful at CHIO Aachen in 1996.
The offspring of Luna Llena are highly successful in show jumping, for example Cumbela (Chevalier S) (by Cancoon) was international successful up to 1.60 m with Maureen Bonder (NED), Carmen S (by Cancoon) was successful up to 1.35 m. Carmen S produced Stakkato Lazar, an international successful showjumper up to 1.60 m with Tomasz Miśkiewicz (POL) and winner of the Polish Championships 2023. As 5yo Stakkato Lazar was 2nd at the Polish Championship for Young Horses and a year later she won the class of 6yo jumping horses at the Polish Championship for Young Horses.
